Summary
Adds a NanoGPT model generator that syncs
providers/nano-gpt/modelsfrom NanoGPT’s detailed/api/v1/modelsendpoint.The generator preserves existing curated metadata where the API does not provide enough information, supports
--dry-runand--new-only, and reports orphaned TOMLs without deleting them automatically.Generated model TOMLs are intentionally left out of this PR so the generator can be reviewed separately from the catalogue refresh.
