The Email Settings and Login Features pages capped their content at max-width: 48rem, so they rendered narrower than the dashboard and the identity admin grids. Remove the cap so the management shell is consistent. Closes #72

The Email Settings and Login Features pages wrapped their content in
<RadzenStack … Style="max-width: 48rem;">, so they rendered narrower than the rest of the shell (dashboard, Users/Roles grids, which are full-width). Removed themax-widthcap on both for a consistent full-width layout.Markup-only change. Build 0 errors, 89/89 tests.
