Because we can not run the connman automatic tests on the github runners.
It will be nice to show the the build artifacts from every PR in the PR conversation.
The latter will allow the maintainers to perform faster the tests.
Right now the maintainer has to download the artifacts from the run actions but with many PRs this could cause confusion.
