VaultSheet conflated vault switching with account management (lock, sign-out, theme, admin). Now it's a vault-only picker; account controls move to a dedicated "More options" menu. - All vaults aggregate view with per-item vault-color dots - Deterministic color avatar per vault (vaultColor.ts) - Folder filter promoted from horizontal strip to dropdown button - useAllVaultItems gains an `enabled` option for lazy loading Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
