The OpenAI Agents Python SDK is a strong candidate: it has explicit lifecycle primitives (agent runs, tool calls, handoffs, guardrails) and a runner/transport layer that maps well onto OTel GenAI spans. Before implementing, please confirm whether existing OpenAI instrumentation in this repo already covers the Agents SDK path, to avoid duplicate spans (cf. the duplicate-span issue reported in #151).
