Message when model fails to converge

When I get The model did not converge. Try increasing the number of iterations increasing the iterations rarely helps, but adding an IID effect helps. Should we change the message when iid = FALSE to suggest switching to TRUE?

@simon-smart88 Huh, adding an iid should make it worse. iid effect might help the kind of NaN type issues, but shouldn't help convergence. Is this is on a variety of datasets or one specific one?

@timcdlucas It's mainly using the madagascar data but admittedly at a very low resolution with 740 pixels. Same dataset as the crazy high predictions, so maybe it's something specific to the data?
