The project declares MIT in LICENSE and GitHub reports the repository license as MIT, but setup.py advertises License :: OSI Approved :: Apache Software License. That gives the published Python distribution a contradictory license classifier. Change the classifier to MIT.

Validation:

  • A local source consistency check confirmed the LICENSE title and package classifier now agree.
  • git diff --check passed.
  • No runtime tests or build were run for this metadata-only change; no app, model, real memory data, provider, or service was used.
