Rebased #306 onto current main after #341 / #361 / #363 / #364.

What

validate, verify, doctor, bare skills, and daemon status accept -f/--format and return the underlying result object. Default table text is unchanged.

webcmd validate -f json
webcmd verify -f yaml
webcmd doctor -f json
webcmd daemon status -f json
webcmd skills -f json

profile list -f already landed in #341 — this PR only adds the structured-output tests for it.

Why not merge #306 as-is

It conflicts with current src/cli.ts (validate/verify) and predates #341. GitHub’s CLEAN flag is stale; git merge-tree reports conflicts.

Supersedes

Test plan

  • npm run typecheck
  • npx vitest run --project unit src/cli.test.ts src/commands/daemon.test.ts src/doctor.test.ts (170 passed)
  • npm run check:hosted-contract

Rebase of #306 onto current main. validate, verify, doctor, skills, and
daemon status now share the resolveOutputFormat + render path. profile list
-f already shipped in #341, so that hunk is tests-only here.

Closing in favor of landing the original contributor PR #306. Thanks for the patience — we should have merged that branch instead of opening a replacement.
