The upstream comment prune (pingdotgg#19559, pulled in by the Oct 16 sync) deleted the TanStack Router header from `apps/web/src/routeTree.gen.ts`. The router Vite plugin writes that header back on every web build or dev start, so the file showed as modified after every `make update-next` or `vp run dev`.

This commits the file as the generator writes it, header included, so builds leave the tree clean.

The TanStack Router plugin rewrites this header on every build, so its
removal in the upstream comment prune left the file dirty after each run.
