This is adopted at least by:

There, this is a rider on the original ms-rl license.

new license LicenseRef-scancode-os-maintenance-fee-eula created in DejaCode enterprise and public. Proprietary Free. Intended for use in conjunction with an OSI-approved license. Requires a maintenance fee to be paid when the software is used for revenue-generating purposes. (and should win first prize for an overly-complicated, confusing solution to a simple problem)
