new license LicenseRef-scancode-moderne-sala-2024 created in DejaCode enterprise and public. Source-Available, with multiple usage restrictions. Legal review recommended.

I don't think we need to add the Moderne Proprietary License to the LicenseDB; it's basically just a notice that you need a commercial agreement with Moderne to use some of their software and services. A detection pointing to LicenseRef-scancode-commercial-license should be sufficient.
