Update to Here Api Routing v8

Hi,
thank you for your work on the herepy library – it's been very helpful!

I noticed that the library currently uses an outdated version of the HERE Routing API. As HERE has released version 8 of the Routing API, it would be great to see herepy updated to support this latest version.

Are there any plans to update the library accordingly?

Hi @NoahWambsganss thanks for reaching out and interest. I don't have any plans to update the Routing API at the moment, would you be able to open a PR that makes the changes?
