terminalSessions.ts: upstream's attachedTerminalSessionAtom family. The fork draft flag joins the family key, and a draft launch attaches through attachDraft (the 5-second stream). The fork terminal-thread filter in useThreadRunningTerminalIds stays.
ThreadTerminalDrawer.tsx: upstream's atom subscription. The fork shell and draft go into the launch, and the fork reportInput stays.
useTimelinePositionRestore.ts, MessagesTimeline.tsx: upstream's file. The fork message link now sets citationPending from the caller, as the citation does. The fork message link target gets upstream's navigateTimeline in place of the removed onManualNavigation.
PullRequestGuideRunCoordinator.tsx: upstream's imports, plus the fork installed-app notification fallback.
appInit.tsx: the fork theme font helper next to upstream's startElectronBrowserHost.
Fork fixes
Draft terminals: the viewport session key includes draft, because the surface now reads its atom once per mount. terminalSessions.fork.test.ts tests that a draft launch attaches through attachDraft and a thread launch through attach.
Terminal threads (ForkShellTerminal.tsx): the resize observer only fed the removed drawer props. The terminal surface now fits itself, so the observer is gone. The fork effect budget for the file drops to 1.

Upstream keyed one session atom per terminal launch and dropped the drawer's resize props. The fork draft flag joins the atom key and the viewport key, and the fork shell terminal drops its own resize observer.
This pull request changes thread and request state, goal-command orchestration, timeline navigation, pull-request guide handling, web surface lifecycles, settings interactions, and mobile E2E execution. It adds shared state helpers and updates tests across these areas.
A shared selector withholds thread detail references while creation is queued or failed. Thread consumers accept nullable scoped references.
Scoped request drafts and resolution packages/client-runtime/src/state/threadRequests.ts, packages/client-runtime/src/state/threads.ts, apps/mobile/src/state/use-selected-thread-requests.ts, apps/web/src/components/chat/usePendingThreadRequests.ts, apps/web/src/questionAttachments.ts
Request draft keys include environment, thread, and request identifiers. Resolution events prune drafts for resolved requests. Suggested answers seed displayed drafts. Tests cover request resolution and draft retention.

Full details: Title check
Explanation
The title "chore(sync): merge pingdotgg/t3code main" is a conventional-commit style title that accurately names the change: a merge of upstream main into the fork. It is partially descriptive, since the changeset consists of many upstream changes (terminal session atoms, timeline position restore, review guide watching, listener ownership, /goal behavior) and the title does not name any of them. It is not vague or generic, because it states the type of change and its source. The title therefore passes as a partial match to the main change.
Full details: Description check
Explanation
The description follows the template's main sections. It gives a Cause, Conflicts and resolution, Fork fixes, Upstream merge, Adopted upstream pull requests, Upstream changes in fork areas, Checks, and Fork repair skill changes. The template's Problem, Change, Scope and approval, Verification, and Review headings are not used by name. The author describes a merge, so the Scope and approval section (a bug issue or maintainer approval) does not directly fit. The Verification content is present in the Checks section, but it lists only that checks passed and does not describe observed results for the changed behavior. The Review section is missing; the template requires the reviewer kind, rounds, and verdict for forks. The description is mostly complete, so the check passes, but the author should add a Review section and clarify approval for the merge.

# Atom unstable
Reactive state primitives for values managed by an `AtomRegistry`.
An `Atom` describes how to produce or update one piece of reactive state. The registry runs atom reads, remembers current values, tracks dependencies between atoms, starts effects and streams, and cleans up atoms that are no longer used. This module includes the atom constructors and update helpers used for cached values, effect-backed values, streams, browser state, stored values, and server-rendered values.

## Batching
### batch
unstable
Since v4.0.0
Runs synchronous atom updates as a batch.
#### Details
Stale nodes are rebuilt and listeners are notified after the callback completes, so dependent updates observe the final batched state.
#### Signature
`
declare const batch: (f: () => void) => void
`
## Combinators
### autoDispose
unstable
Since v4.0.0
Allows a reactive value to be disposed of when it is not in use.
#### Details
Atoms have this behavior by default, so use this to undo `keepAlive` on a copied atom.
#### Signature
`
declare function autoDispose<A extends Atom<any>>(self: A): A
`
### debounce
unstable
Since v4.0.0
Creates an atom that publishes source changes only after the source has stopped changing for the specified duration.
#### Details
The current source value is used immediately, and any pending debounce timer is cleared when the derived atom is disposed.
#### Signature
`
declare const debounce: {
(duration: Input): <A extends Atom<any>>(self: A) => WithoutSerializable<A>;
<A extends Atom<any>>(self: A, duration: Input): WithoutSerializable<A>;
}
`
### initialValue
unstable
Since v4.0.0
Pairs an atom with an initial value for registry initialization.
#### When to use
Use to preload an atom value when constructing or seeding a registry.
#### Details
The returned tuple can be supplied to `AtomRegistry` initial values so the atom starts with the provided value before it is first rebuilt. Pass `{ skipInitialRun: true }` to keep the value of an effect or stream atom instead of running its effect on mount (see InitialValueOptions).
#### Signature
`
declare const initialValue: {
<A>(initialValue: A): (self: Atom<A>) => readonly [Atom<A>, A];
<A>(self: Atom<A>, initialValue: A): readonly [Atom<A>, A];

# AsyncResult unstable
Represents observable state for asynchronous values.
`AsyncResult<A, E>` records whether asynchronous work has no value yet, succeeded with an `A`, or failed with an `E`. Every state also carries a `waiting` flag, so callers can keep showing the current value while newer work is loading, refreshing, retrying, or recovering. This module includes constructors, checks, accessors, mapping and matching helpers, ways to combine several results, and schemas for encoding or decoding results.

#### Signature
`
declare function cause<A, E>(self: AsyncResult<A, E>): Option<Cause<E>>
`
### error
unstable
Since v4.0.0
Returns the first typed error from a failure cause, or `None` for successes, initial results, defects, and interrupt-only causes.
## Combinators
### all
unstable
Since v4.0.0
Combines an iterable or record of `AsyncResult` and plain values into one `AsyncResult`, returning the first non-success result or a success of the collected values marked waiting when any input success is waiting.
#### Details
If the first non-success result is a failure, its previous success is rebuilt in the combined shape from each input's current or previous value. It is omitted if any input has no value.

Check stale watches on every poll tick.
AsyncResult can retain the previous value during refresh or failure. If that value is the same object, data === seen prevents onGuide from running its expiry check. The interval then continues refreshing without settling the watch.
Do not use !sawRunning for this check. answeredRunning initializes sawRunning to true, so that condition misses watches whose first retained result was skipped.

terminalSessions.ts: upstream'sattachedTerminalSessionAtomfamily. The fork draft flag joins the family key, and a draft launch attaches throughattachDraft(the 5-second stream). The fork terminal-thread filter inuseThreadRunningTerminalIdsstays.ThreadTerminalDrawer.tsx: upstream's atom subscription. The forkshellanddraftgo into the launch, and the forkreportInputstays.useTimelinePositionRestore.ts,MessagesTimeline.tsx: upstream's file. The fork message link now setscitationPendingfrom the caller, as the citation does. The fork message link target gets upstream'snavigateTimelinein place of the removedonManualNavigation.PullRequestGuideRunCoordinator.tsx: upstream's imports, plus the fork installed-app notification fallback.appInit.tsx: the fork theme font helper next to upstream'sstartElectronBrowserHost.Fork fixes
