I've been using jupyter notebooks to explore the data, but those currently only work when run on a machine that has access to the Freesurfer test-sub stored on the Acadia server. Ideally, we'd have some way to make them work online, using binder or something similar, possibly using OSF as a way to store the data to use. This would make it easy to quickly explore some example results of the model.
OSF is a REST API, so there should be some way to make things talk to each other, but I have no experience with this kind of thing. OSF has something called WaterButler which might help.
