Reduce assembly size #1960
Description
- #1959 Trim the Verify assemblies with Squash
- #1955 Verify.MSTest: update MSTest.TestFramework to 4.5.1
- #1958 Verify.TUnit: update TUnit.Core to 1.73.5
- Update Argon to 0.38.2, DiffEngine to 20.7.2 and SimpleInfoName to 3.2.1, which are trimmed the same way
A smaller Verify
The assemblies are now trimmed at build time with the IL linker, which removes code nothing can reach. Most of what goes from Verify.dll is polyfill code. The public API is unchanged.

The adapters each carry their own polyfills now, and grow by 16 to 22 KB on .NET Framework and about 7 KB on .NET.
Update Verify and the adapter together
The adapters (Verify.NUnit, Verify.XunitV3, Verify.MSTest, Verify.TUnit, Verify.Expecto) use internal types of Verify, and those types have moved into the VerifyTests namespace. An adapter from 33.3.1 or earlier fails with a TypeLoadException against this version of Verify.
This only happens when the two are at different versions, for example when Verify is referenced directly and updated without the adapter.
