Summary
Tests for #2254: the default User-Agent is sent on Streamable HTTP, SSE, and OAuth resource-metadata discovery, through both the HTTP client layer and global fetch, and a configured User-Agent is kept. The MCP test server now records each request's User-Agent.
Verification
vitest run: 316 passed, 29 skipped.
