Suggested resources and capacity chart disagree

I'm looking at @ajerrison-manchester 's availability over July and August this year. When I look at the project I am planning and the "suggested resources" view he shows as having some provisionally assigned projects and when I hover it says he has 0.2 available, possibly up to 0.25.

But when I look at the Capacity graph to see what these project are, it shows that he has nothing assigned at all in that time, nothing provisional or confirmed ("include unfunded" switch is on), and has 0.4 available

Might be related to #1326 ?

Hmm, I wonder if it is counting assignments to leadership tasks in my availability?

Yes looking at the dates and FTE changes it looks like the suggested resources page is calculating your project FTE minus your management commitments as your available FTE.

Just spotted this as well - there's a disagreement between assignments in my projects and in the capacity view when I look at an RSE, at least for provisional tasks that start in the future.

Just tried it again and seems to be working properly now. Not sure what was going on this morning...

Hmm -- the suggested resources for tasks marked as leadership should show just managers and base it on their PSM allowance and for non-leadership tasks show the whole team and base it on project work allowances. I'm reasonably certain it doesn't do that but should.
