Consolidates the reviewed Dependabot updates for dependency injection abstractions, VectorData abstractions, and ONNX Runtime.
Also makes the native execution lifecycle fixture wait for its required history events after terminal status is visible, removing a timing-sensitive consumer-check failure.
System.CommandLine 2.x remains deferred because it requires an intentional CLI API migration; Dependabot is configured to avoid reopening that incompatible update.
