Have dan read titles of imgur images #79
Description
When a link like http://i.imgur.com/heooq.jpg gets posted, it should remove the .jpg and fetch the title of the page that you get from removing the file extension.
Also have it read the titles of the pages if something like http://imgur.com/gallery/heooq is posted, it currently doesn't do it for imgur for some reason.

Is possible by utilizing their API.

Example JSON: https://api.imgur.com/3/gallery.json (without Auth header will return access denied)
Edit: They do express the clients as applications. Not sure how comfortable they are with just IRC bots.
