Create a command or addon (whatever you whippersnappers call it now-a-days!) that gets the local weather forecast for a user.

Commands and Examples

$weather [Optional Args: Location(Name of place or town or country), Zipcode, Username]
If left blank, this command will used the saved location for the user, if no location is saved, the command listed below will add a location for the user, alternatively you could just define a place to get the weather for or get the weather for a user if they have it saved for them.
$weather add [location or zipcode such as Lansing Michigan or one of its zipcodes 48919]
This will add that location to the executor of the command
$weather remove
This will remove the saved location for the user executing the command, admins could have the ability to remove locations other users if you wanted to add that
