Summary

Adds a how-to guide for the new Custom Email Domain feature under TurboSign: connecting an organization's own Amazon SES or SendGrid account so signature emails send from the customer's domain.

What the page covers

  • Prerequisites (feature-licensed org admin, provider account with a DKIM-verified domain)
  • Connecting Amazon SES (with a copy-paste least-privilege IAM policy) or SendGrid (restricted API key with the mail.send scope)
  • Choosing a sending domain from the provider's already-verified domains, including the pending-verification state and the DMARC advisory chip
  • Sender identity (local part + display name) with the live From-line preview
  • Optional custom signing domain via CNAME, with the advisory status chip
  • Failure behavior choice (fall back to TurboDocx sending vs pause sending)
  • Branding toggle, test send, and how the audit trail preserves compliance
  • Troubleshooting and FAQ

Assets

  • New page: docs/TurboSign/Custom Email Domain.md (sidebar position 9)
  • Six screenshots under static/img/turbosign-custom-email/
  • Cross-links the existing Email Deliverability (DKIM / DMARC / SPF) page
