- The Atlassian token URLs are hardcoded in
crates/ui/src/source_control_settings.rs; the design (tmp/design/track-a7-ui.md §3.5) has the host own token_url. Move it into HostStatus together with the design's Unverified notice for access tokens (no host reports a verified account yet; needs a HostProblem variant and a wire note).
- Button order is [Set][Clear] for token kinds and [Clear][Set] for Bitbucket; the no-credential notice for Bitbucket repeats the "Not connected" status line; the accessible label "Atlassian account email for %{host}" is missing (placeholder only).
- Add a
labels capability so the Labels row is absent on hosts without labels (Bitbucket), per the capability-driven absence rule.
