Verified that architecture/manifest.mdx and architecture/prime-invariant-a0.mdx already correctly document the structural anatomy and Phase 1 (Prime Invariant) of the TrueAlphaSpiral architecture, including explicit lock-ins for Process Science and Computational Masonry. Since the requested documentation updates were fully present, no redundant modifications were made. Documentation tests (mintlify broken-links) were also verified.
