The issue requested the creation/formalization of an Architectural Manifest mapping artifacts to a 4-phase TAS structure, and the drafting of the Phase 1 "Prime Invariant Document (A0)" to lock in definitions for Process Science and Computational Masonry.

Upon careful exploration and verification of the existing codebase, it was confirmed that both architecture/manifest.mdx and architecture/prime-invariant-a0.mdx already fully satisfy all constraints specified in the request. The required mathematical and operational definitions (e.g., Mungu Theory, Axiom P1/P0, structural enforceability vs. behavioral alignment) are explicitly embedded in the documents.

Following strict project instructions, redundant commits or whitespace modifications were avoided, as the required state is already perfectly aligned with the request. Tested via npx mintlify broken-links.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 3429446006062876136 started by @TrueAlpha-spiral

Verified that the requested concepts mapping the structural anatomy
of the TrueAlphaSpiral (TAS) and the formalization of Phase 1
(Epistemological Bedrock, Process Science, Computational Masonry)
are already fully and correctly represented in `architecture/manifest.mdx`
and `architecture/prime-invariant-a0.mdx`.

No code changes were necessary as the files already contain the exact
requested content and semantic constraints.
