Group in-progress rows sit in two places and say only "On it" #546

Owner decision 2026-10-20 20:21 (Asia/Shanghai): urgent fix of the group status rows ("这个问题也紧急修复一下").

Environment

FlyBot main at b6e89d2, group chat, zh locale.

Steps to reproduce

1. In a group, send a line so one member speaks while another member is busy (in the group, or in its own chat).
2. Watch the area below the last Bot message.

Actual

• Two in-progress rows in two different places and shapes: on the left Maintainer · 在做了… · 11m with its avatar, and further right SelfTest · 运行命令… with its avatar (above the last message, Chief 开始做了 also sits centered).
• The text is vague: 在做了… (On it) / 运行命令… (Running shell commands) does not say which command or what step.
• An 11-minute run shows only the elapsed time and the same vague phrase, so it looks stuck.

Expected

• Every Bot in-progress row in a group is in one place (the member dock above the composer), left-aligned in the transcript column with its avatar, the same compact shape.
• The row says what the Bot is doing: the tool phrase plus its step (e.g. Running shell commands: rg -n "TODO" src), never only "On it" (an unknown tool is named).
• The elapsed time keeps showing and the step updates with the latest call, so a long run shows progress; the row goes away when the turn ends or fails.

Where it sits

• core/src/client/member-status.js MemberDock / SummaryLine: work elsewhere and the overflow are a centered .bt-event line (justify-content:center, styles.js .bt-event), while members at work here are left WorkRows; the summary line has no elapsed time.
• core/src/client/cells.js GroupReplies: the round's current speaker draws a second, different row (.bt-activity) in the transcript, without elapsed time; splitBusy excludes the speaker from the dock.
• core/src/client/cells.js workPhrase: an unknown tool falls back to On it.
• core/src/host/turns.js workView: carries only the tool name, not what the call acts on.

Suggested direction

One column of rows in the dock (speaker included, summary line in the same shape), a short step from the running call's arguments in the owner-only work.bots view, and a named fallback for unknown tools.
