Friend's Bot settings page exposes full local Bot editor (Instructions, Delete Bot, Hide, Duplicate) #160
Environment: ThinkFlowLab/FlyBot main 7a7225f on @deepseek-ai/dsh@0.2.0-rc.2, A/B self-test 2026-10-17 (~11:47 Asia/Shanghai).
What happened
After B joined A’s invite and got SelfA1136's Chief in the main sidebar (globe “Friend's Bot”), opening that entry → details → Edit Bot showed a full local Bot settings page, not a slim friend-Bot panel.
Seen on B for SelfA1136's Chief:
Auto-send (unchecked) — expected
Remove this Bot — expected
Also: Instructions, Memory, Scheduled tasks, Main Bot, Pin, Hide from sidebar, Duplicate, Delete Bot (“Removes the Bot from the team.”)
After Remove this Bot (confirm: “Remove Chief? SelfA1136 can share it again.”), the Bot left the sidebar and the chat showed the correct “no longer shared” notice — but the already-open Settings page stayed up and Hide from sidebar switched on.
Repro
Two homes friends via invite; B has A’s Chief in the main list.
On B: open SelfA1136's Chief → Edit Bot / settings.
For a friend’s Bot: Auto-send (owner-only, default off) and Remove this Bot (with confirm). Not Instructions / Memory / schedules / Main Bot / Pin / Hide / Duplicate / Delete Bot — those belong to Bots you own.
Actual
Remote friend Bot settings reuse the local Bot editor. Remove leaves a stale settings surface with Hide flipped on.
Notes
Own Chief → Manage access on A correctly said invite grants that Bot only and showed no Publish control.
Usability: excess controls and a long click path for a remote grant.
