Why

docs/docs/usage-guide/index.md:24 links to ./additional_configurations.md#working-with-large-prs, but the "Working with large PRs" section was fully HTML-commented out (additional_configurations.md:122-136), so the anchor resolves to nothing.

Change

Removed the dead TOC entry from index.md. The referenced section deliberately no longer exists (outdated GPT-4/8000-token guidance), so the link is dropped rather than the section being restored. No other files link to that anchor.

Verification

• test_docs_nav_parity.py and test_config_reference.py pass.
• Full unit suite passes (7829 passed, 33 skipped, 1 xfailed).
