When ClawHub returns HTTP 404 while resolving a skills.sh listing, return a clear message that the listing is unavailable through ClawHub federation and direct users to import the skill using the GitHub folder URL shown by skills.sh. Preserve the HTTP 404 details and
ErrSkillSourceInvalidclassification. Other sources and HTTP statuses keep their existing error behavior; this does not guess a GitHub subdirectory from the listing slug.Tests cover the skills.sh 404 guidance and the unchanged generic 404 for other source URLs.
