Summary

Fixes #468.

  • Classify Windows named-pipe PermissionDenied from an existing daemon as a distinct startup failure.
  • Keep it terminal: the CLI does not auto-start, delete, or replace another daemon after this error.
  • Return an actionable recovery hint for both human and --json error rendering: use the same Windows user and integrity level; for sandboxed hosts, keep one foreground daemon in a persistent task and reuse its BSK_HOME with BSK_AUTO_START=0.

Validation

  • cargo test -p bsk --lib daemon::probe::tests --locked — 3 passed, including the new permission-denied classification test.
  • cargo fmt --check — passed.
  • git diff --check — passed.
  • cargo clippy -p bsk --lib --tests --locked -- -D warnings is not green on current Windows upstream because pre-existing Windows-only unused-variable/dead-code warnings and an existing needless_return are promoted to errors. This PR does not touch those locations.
