This PR closes #2 by building Buildvana.Sdk with a combination of Microsoft.Build.NoTargets and itself.
The support for .nuspec files alongside projects is now a part of Buildvana.Sdk instead of its build scripts.
All other functionality previously provided by the build scripts is in Microsoft.Build.NoTargets.
