Confusing errog-msg: Edit Scope -> An invalid IP address was specified. -> though Subnetmask was wrong

Subnetmask was in the wrong format but it says wrong ip. maybe change the error messages if the netmask is wrong or add support for cidr format:)

Thanks for the feedback. The error message is coming from IP address parser used to parse the subnet mask. Will update the code to return better error message.
