docs(release): the MeshWeaver 3.1.0 release notes — the map of the 3.x line - #3356
Conversation
…x line Doc/ReleaseNotes/3_1_0 replaces the never-shipped 3_0_0 page (git mv; its LSP section is folded in). 3.0.0 was never cut clean, so a "3.0.0" notes page named a release that does not exist. The page is the map, What's New is the record: 837 entries since 2026-07-08 (169 features, 668 fixes) grouped into the themes a reader of the release needs — a release is a promotion, the modular platform, self-describing installations, the tabbed home, documents and decks, language services, AI, German, clients, data and storage, operating a deployment, how the platform is built — each linking its What's New entries; then an "upgrading from a 3.0.0-rc build" section (nothing to do; module floors satisfied; NuGet retired and where the last packages stopped; what moved into modules) and the recurring fix classes and their guards. release.yml (#3354) refuses to cut v3.1.0 without this page: it is the GitHub Release body. Verified: MeshWeaver.Documentation.Test -c Release -warnaserror, 0 errors; 269/269 passed (DocumentationLinkIntegrityTest resolves every /Doc/WhatsNew/… and /Doc/Architecture/… link). No What's New entry: the page announces the release; the release announces the page.
