Multigrid python

Current status: Raul was able to implement multigrid method from a python-based code. The code was called in a MATLAB environment. The aim is to revisit the code and create a test in Swan using MATLAB.

• Step 1: setup python env (try automatic)
• Step 2: Rigid body (and modal functions) to master 2D/3D
• Step 3: Run one elastic problem with Raul's current code
• Step 4: Refactoring Raul's script
• Step 5: Do we update multigrid stiffness matrices hierarchy? When and how?
• Step 6: Initial guess the latest topology converged
