atk-test-plugin

Test fixture repo for ATK git source support.

Provides a lightweight .atk/ plugin ("Echo Tool") that uses only shell echo commands — no Docker, no real resources. Used to test atk add github.com/Svtoo/atk-test-plugin and the git clone → .atk/ discovery → plugin install flow.
