Updates both CodeQL action steps to v4.37.6:
github/codeql-action/initgithub/codeql-action/analyzeThe two actions must run at the same version. The original single-action Dependabot updates (#97 and #98) each failed CodeQL because they left the other action at v4.37.4. This PR now contains the paired update and supersedes #98.
Validation pending: the pushed paired update has triggered a new CodeQL and PR Quick run.
