Cleanup printer::Printer

• Printer::Level is a little funky
• Printer::Flags are a bit funky
• Some inheritance and overrides can be streamlined.

Need to force the use of RAII. Make Printer::Object default constructed with no action so it can be moved.

Printer::Array should be able to be default constructed and moved.
