Two years ago when I implemented this on Mac it broke. I have not tested since. I could remove it for now and re-visit it once we start working on Mac.

We probably want to stay consistent in-between platforms. Let's default to true, and change it if it's broken on Darwin.

This adds minimal support for Tmux with only the essentials and theme support built-in.
