Hi Sean,
I'm very impressed of what you're doing and about the ease, you're creating the app. This shows up the huge gap between a youngster and me...
However, I be using your SimpleTrader as a template to a) learn to switch from VB to C# since there is much more information around about the latter; and b) creating my own solution to administrate tenancy, which is here in Germany quite a complex task. However I would prefer to have a connection to my personal Card-DAV instead of creating and maintaining user data within the app.

As you were asking for suggestions and as you stated, you like complex challenges, I dare to ask you if you could fancy creating a base for a Card-DAV (Web-DAV) interface in your trader?

I've never heard of or used Card-DAV, but I'm interested in reading about it. Unfortunately, this will not be a high priority since there's still so much more to do with the application's core functionality.

It seems like logging in with Card-DAV would be similar to a "Login with Facebook" button/functionality?

No, it hasn't anything to do with authentification at all. Card-DAV is one part of Web-DAV, a protocol which allows to access data via internet. There is Cal-DAV, which is the diary, Card-DAV is the address part of it. In place of storing (redundant) member information in the model, it would rather be interesting to hook into an address service. Nowadays, most of us will probably store their address information in the web, i. e. at google. (https://developers.google.com/contacts/v3)

As this is a no-go for sensitive information (at least in Europe), the self hosted Web-DAV is a good alternative.

Since I'm convinced about your service orientated approach, I thought that it might fit well into your application to replace the accounting with another API service.

**: There is plenty of solution approaches using PHP, Python or similar, but none with C# and WPF
