Implement functionality for the currently unused type of SigAuthOptions

The @sigauth/core package doesn't use all provided options yet.
Please implement functionality for the following options

- `jwksUri`
- `tokenHeader`
- `tokenCookie`
- `algorithms`
- `leewaySeconds`
- `getToken`
