…do not The two collective Dependabot PRs each carried one package the repository cannot take: - WireMock.Net 2.16.0 pulls Microsoft.OpenApi 3.10.2 transitively, which collides with the 2.x floor Swashbuckle 10.2.3 needs and fails restore with NU1605. - jsdom 30.1.0 makes the four BackupPage cases that post a FormData body through msw time out. Reproduced locally with everything else unchanged. Both are now Dependabot ignores with the reason next to them and an entry in the roadmap's blocked list, so they are not offered again. Everything else from both PRs is taken: Microsoft.Data.SqlClient 7.1.0, the OpenTelemetry family at 1.19.0, and eight npm packages in src/nodepilot-ui. Replaces #401 and #405. Each of those collective PRs carried one package the repository cannot take, and a collective PR is all-or-nothing, so both sat red.
