…nputs Automated documentation-drift sync. Three claims disagreed with the code on main; all were verified against the checked-out source rather than inferred from a diff. README.md — activity count (regression from #402) The copy-editing pass rewrote "All 27 activities" to 29 in the reference table and "27 activities" to 29 in the solution tree, while the highlights bullet kept 27, so the file contradicted itself. ActivityCatalog.cs holds 27 entries and every other surface (doc site de/en, website i18n de/en) says 27. DocumentationCountsTests guards only the highlights bullet, which is why the other two drifted unguarded. README.md — documentation site page count (from #394) 43 pages corrected to 44: data/nav.ts routes 44 paths and content/de and content/en hold 44 .md files each, the two sets being identical. CONTRIBUTING.md — site assembly (from #394) assemble:site was described as taking two finished builds and writing root, docs/ and media/. assemble-site.mjs requires three builds (dist, dist-site, ../nodepilot-ui/dist-demo) plus pages-media and also writes demo/, and every input is mandatory. preview:site runs build, build:site and build:demo. The missing build:demo bullet is added. Text only; no code, config or test changes.
