added wupport for *GET? queries; fixed numerous pylance type errors.
The python API must mirror the SENTIO API. We must use XyReference and ZReference instead consistently
Enum names must match SENTIO
removed fromSentioAbbr -> use from_string instead toSentioAbbr() renamed to to_string()

This PR also adds a move_xy command as a proof of concept. This command is using the new SCPI syntax for generic scope motion. "scope:top:move_xy" and provides a similar python command.
