I am currently working on the Scoop manifest for angry-ip-scanner. The installation works correctly via Scoop and the app is functional. Before submitting a PR, I would like to ask a few questions to reduce potential maintenance issues in the future. I would appreciate it if you could answer them when you have time.

1. Where can I obtain plugins? The official website only provides a brief introduction.
2. Will placing the plugins in $HOME/.ipscan be sufficient for them to work properly? If so, I might need to adjust the content in the notes field.

1. Sadly the only thing that i have found regarding plugins is this and this, i have actually not seen or have installed any, because IF they exist (maybe in some repositories as non-compiled versions - just Java code without JARs) they are very scarce to come by.

2. $HOME/.ipscan directory should be sufficient, based on aforementioned page, also this is the gist taken from it:

Angry IP Scanner looks for plugin .jar files on start in:
The same directory where ipscan binary is located (.jar or .exe)
User-specific $HOME/.ipscan directory

So i think yes, that would be sufficient, but finding them is different story

However, I've discovered that the current manifest is problematic, and I will fix it.
