Implement Versioning Policies in Codebase and Release Workflow #119
Description
The current release workflow is not enforcing our versioning policy outlined in version-policy.md. The goal is to modify the workflow and Makefiles to adhere to the versioning policy.
Tasks:
- Modify the Makefile to auto-generate tags for Alpine and Bitnami images.
- Update the docker-image.yml workflow to comply with the versioning policy.
- Pin version extensions in both images by building from releases instead of cloning the main branch.
