Editor Dark Mode looks very weird

Describe the bug. What is going wrong?

This does seem like a bug, but the ScratchTools editor dark mode doesn't seem to affect anything but the block palette, code area, and inputs. Even if it isn't a bug, it looks very weird.

Replication steps:

1. Turn on "Editor Dark Mode" in ScratchTools.
2. Open the Scratch editor.

What is causing the bug?

I'm guessing there may have been some update after the dark mode was last updated, but I have no idea.
