INSTAGRAM-001 — Provision a club-owned Instagram publishing integration #91

Description

@daliu

Outcome

Establish owned, recoverable provider accounts before any code can publish.

Scope

  • Use a club-owned Instagram Business professional account and a separate non-production professional test account.
  • Name primary/backup owners, require 2FA, document recovery/account transfer and emergency disable.
  • Create a Business-type Meta app with Instagram Login.
  • For only MPRC-owned accounts, request Standard Access and only instagram_business_basic plus instagram_business_content_publish.
  • Keep production publishing disabled; store IDs/status privately and never expose secrets/tokens.

Acceptance criteria

  • No volunteer's personal account is the integration identity.
  • Test and production accounts are distinct and recoverable by club owners.
  • Exact scopes, Standard Access rationale, kill-switch owner, and redacted setup evidence are recorded.
  • If third-party accounts are later requested, this ticket reopens for Advanced Access, App Review, and Business Verification.
  • No production post occurs in this ticket.

Dependencies

Owner/provider setup only; implementation waits for later Instagram tickets.
