Reviewed the CLA allowlist change. 2 minor items to consider. See task

• .github/workflows/cla.yml:32-39 — The explanatory comment enumerates every allowlist entry (*[bot], roomote, Roomote, claude, vercel) but was not updated to describe the new openmote entry. Add a short note so the comment stays in sync with the list.
• .github/workflows/cla.yml:39 — The action matches logins case-sensitively, and the existing pattern pairs a lowercase linked login (roomote) with a capitalized raw author name (Roomote). Only lowercase openmote was added. If Openmote agents can produce unlinked commits with a capitalized raw author name, consider adding an Openmote entry to mirror the roomote/Roomote pairing.
