STM32H5 missing flag

On the STM32H5 clock tree the PREFETCH_ENABLE flag is missing.

For now i did not find any other issues for now, but i will update when i do.

Ok i think i have another one. The VCO Select field for the PLL's seems not to be present. I guess it could be inferred, but that would take the option from the user to user a different setting.

Also the PLL source lists are not correct regarding the hardware. There is a fourth option for no source at all that is mapped to 0. Also the order is off so i need to map it instead of passing the value directly. I think adding one and flipping the bit order should fix it.

Same issue with the MCOXSourceLists, wrong order compared to hardware.

Also i am unsure if there is a flag present for disabling the HSI clock. I think it should be possible to turn that off, but i'm only seeing flags for HSI48 wich is different.

And the HSIKERON doesn't seem to represented as well.

PLL1PEnable is not present either, all though the PEnable flags for all the other PLL's seem to be there.

Also i couldn't find the bus disable flags, like APB1DIS.

PLLx VCO/VCI configuration fixed for the H7/H5 family; the update will be included in the next patch.

Forced inclusion of all "Used" flags — currently in progress and planned for the next patch.

Enums aligned with the hardware definitions, including renaming where necessary — in progress for the upcoming patch.

There are currently no plans to add support for: Bus disable, disable fields, or enable_clock in Stop mode.
The main reason is the lack of sufficient data to properly correlate these features with the rest of the clock validation logic. Manual changes to support them are likely to be postponed to the later stages of development.
