CHANGELOG [Unreleased] entry + ADR-030 (dark default / single [data-theme="light"] token override, inline FOUC head-script, default-to-system-then-persist via localStorage "am.theme"). Sweep: frontend.md (drop "dark theme only", document theming + new tokens + toggle, refresh app.css/app.js/index.html line counts, add TestDashboardThemeAssets), reference.md Dashboard section, README dashboard bullet, project-overview feature list, and 256->257 test counts + web_test.go inventory across backend/engineering-conventions/ contribution-guide/known-risks-and-gaps.
