Rout_follow_colorscheme seems not do do change the r ouptut

I dont know if I am not getting the config right but setting it to true or false does not change the r ouptut, do I have to use colourout package with it for it to work or does it work alone?

And it's working on my side.

Colorout is not required to highlight Neovim's built-in terminal, but now I noted that you are running R in an external terminal, which cannot be highlighted by Neovim. Hence, you need colorout to colorize the output in Kitty.

Seems I mixed somethings up
Rout_follow_colorscheme changes the color of the rout which opens in another buffer? Always have the notion that it is meant for the r term or radian

What I actually wanted is for the output in the r term or radian to follow the nvim color scheme when a command is sent, seems only colourout can be used to achieve this or are there any other means?

I'm aware only of colorout. You can create your own color scheme for colorout matching your Neovim colorscheme. See: jalvesaq/colorout#27
